1.OUR RETURN GUARANTEE

At PromDressClub, we are committed to delivering garments that exceed your expectations. If your purchase doesn’t meet our high standards, we offer a seamless return/refund solution with minimal effort on your part.

Key Conditions:

  • Returns must be initiated within ​14 calendar days of delivery
  • Items must be in ​new, unworn condition with original tags/seals intact
  • Custom-made dresses and accessories are ​non-refundable (see exceptions below) ​

2. RETURN PROCESS

STEP 1: REQUEST APPROVAL

Email us at service@promdressclub.com with:

  • Your ​Order ID ​
  • Reason for return (e.g., sizing issue, color discrepancy)
  • High-resolution photos of the item(s)

STEP 2: RETURN SHipment

  • Use our pre-paid return label (sent via email)
  • Ship via ​standard postal service only (DHL/UPS/FedEx not accepted)
  • Include a completed ​Return Form (attached to email)

STEP 3: REFUND PROCESSING

  • Inspection & approval: ​3-5 business days
  • Refund issued within ​8-10 business days (bank processing may take additional time)
  • Shipping fees deducted from refund amount ​

3. EXCEPTIONS & LIMITATIONS

Non-refundable items include: ​

  1. Custom-made dresses: Due to unique design and fabric allocation
  2. Accessories: Veils, headpieces, jewelry, etc. ​
  3. Personal care items: Lingerie, swimwear, etc. (hygiene reasons) ​
  4. Gift orders: Without prior authorization ​
  5. Rush fees: 29.99/5.99 non-refundable

Special Cases:

  1. ​Color Discrepancies: Refer to our Color Accuracy Guide for acceptable tolerance levels ​
  2. Sizing Issues:
    • Free resizing available for ​**±1 inch deviation** (up to 3 adjustments)
    • Significant size mismatches require professional tailoring at customer’s expense ​
  3. Buy-Many-Keep-One Orders: Environmental sustainability initiative—no restocking ​

4. EXCHANGE POLICY

We specialize in made-to-order garments, so exchanges are not possible. Instead:

  1. Return the item(s) for a refund
  2. Place a new order with updated specifications ​
